Technology in Nastazia's Future

I'm sure technology twenty-five years from now will be very different.  The Internet will be one thousand times faster, it will be free all over the world.  We will have mobiles with folding and transparent screens.  The latest gadget will be the interactive sunglasses which work as a phone or a screen.  Children will play with robotic cats and dogs.  People will play traditional sports but some new ones like Water Balloon Tennis will be popular.  The players will wear special boots to jump high out of the water and hit a water-filled balloon.  We will spend more time with friends and family and do lots of things together because robots and AI will be doing all the hard work.  

Spaghetti Bolognese

 Ex. 6, page 78 - Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients:

1 packet of Barelia Spaghetti No. 10

1 onion

500 grams of minced meat (beef)

2 daphne leaves

half a glass of olive oil

salt and pepper

1 tin of chopped tomatoes

Directions:

First, chop the onion and put the olive oil in a frying pan.  Then, heat the oil and fry the onions for 3 minutes.  Add the minced meat and stir well until it is half-cooked.  Now, add the chopped tomatoes, daphne leaves and salt and pepper.  Stir again and cook covered for about twenty minutes.

Hello Alex,

I hope you're well.  My family and I are having a lovely time in Italy.  I wish you were here!

There are a lot of things to do here.  Last Monday I went sightseeing and I saw the Collosseum in Rome.  It was beautiful!  After that, we visited a museum with many ancient statues.  Then, we sat down in a park under the trees and we ate some panini with prosciutto and cheese.    

I need to go to my French lesson now, so I can't write any more.

• What do people do in Greece for their summer holidays?   Answer:  A lot of people go to the beach and go on trips.  Some people go to the mountains.  They stay in hotels and go to museums or go to the park. 

 

• What did you do last year?
• Last year I did many things.  In June, I went swimming a lot.  In July, I visited the village of Saint Theodore.  My friend Dimitra and I explored everything.  In August, I went to London with my family.  It was fantastic!

• What will you do this year?  I will go to Ioannina for a swimming competition.  I will go to Karditsa in July and then I will go to Crete in August.

Ingredients:

1 kilogram of chicken fillet (cut into small cubes)

2 small onions

1 large tomato

half a glass of olive oil

some sage

1 packet of pasta

salt and pepper

Things you need:

a sharp knife

a wooden spoon

a frying pan

Instructions:

Chop the onions and add half a glass of olive oil in a frying pan.  Fry them for 3 to 4 minutes and add the chicken, the large tomato (chopped), the sage and some salt and pepper.  Fry everything for another 10 minutes on a medium heat.  

Now boil 3 litres of water and add the pasta.  Boil the pasta for 9 minutes.  Strain the spaghetti.  Put 50 grams of butter or olive oil in the pot and add the spaghetti and stir.

Put some spaghetti on a plate and some chicken on top.  You can also add grated cheese on top.  Enjoy!
