Exercise 6, page 78 - A Recipe

Ingredients:
1 kilogram of chicken fillet (cut into small cubes)
2 small onions
1 large tomato
half a glass of olive oil
some sage
1 packet of pasta
salt and pepper
Things you need:
a sharp knife
a wooden spoon
a frying pan
Instructions:
Chop the onions and add half a glass of olive oil in a frying pan. Fry them for 3 to 4 minutes and add the chicken, the large tomato (chopped), the sage and some salt and pepper. Fry everything for another 10 minutes on a medium heat.
Now boil 3 litres of water and add the pasta. Boil the pasta for 9 minutes. Strain the spaghetti. Put 50 grams of butter or olive oil in the pot and add the spaghetti and stir.
Put some spaghetti on a plate and some chicken on top. You can also add grated cheese on top. Enjoy!
